News - Norridge and Harwood Heights News: "Qualified homeowners in Harwood Heights will soon be eligible to apply for 0 percent, interest-deferred loans of as much as $25,000 for needed home repairs - with no monthly payments as long as the homeowners live in their homes and retain title to them.
'I'm pleased to bring this program to Harwood Heights,' said Mayor Margaret Fuller, who introduced the loans at the Village Board's Aug. 3 Committee of the Whole meeting. 'It provides financial assistance to homeowners who might not be able to afford necessary home repairs.' "
