'The idea isn't to replace the agent, it's just to give people who like to do things themselves the tools they need,' said Vince Delgado, 36, who co-owns the business with Thomas Odom, 37. 'A lot of people ask us if we want to eliminate agents, and that's not the case at all. Many real estate agents who are successful and do a good job, they have nothing to fear. We're what AutoZone is to people who want to fix their own cars. But some people still want or need a mechanic.'"
