JS Online: Median home prices exceed $200,000: "America's home-buying spree pushed median resale prices well past $200,000 in Wisconsin's two biggest metropolitan areas and the nation this summer, new industry data show.
'Anything and everything that's below $200,000 is moving fairly quickly in our area,' Aura Mora-Gheller, broker with Milwaukee's Homestead Realty, said Tuesday. 'There's an incredible drive out there to get a home, and it's been going on 10 years now.'"
