Chicago Tribune | Urban League, bank team to cut home foreclosures: "CHICAGO -- Hoping to reduce the number of home foreclosures, Charter One Bank and the Urban League will partner on a training program for first-time homebuyers, company officials said Tuesday.

Charter One, a subsidiary of Citizens Financial Group Inc., will spend $300,000 over three years on the Neighborhood Housing Initiative, educational and training programs for low- and moderate-income families, bank officials said."
