In both counties, annual sales of single-family homes and condos are on pace to be the highest ever.
Many of the agents aren't cheering, though.
Neither are some sellers.
``I know what the stats say, but it's not the real world that we live in,'' said agent Katie Fenwick, who has been licensed since 1989."
