Landlord to make repairs: "A landlord reached agreement with the city last week in Housing Court to correct more than 100 code violations at 23 Calhoun St., a condemned building in the North End.
Under the signed agreement, landlord David L. Sims said he anticipates the work will be completed by Feb. 1, addressing problems ranging from peeling paint and broken windows to exposed wiring. The court case was continued
